The Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation just issued the 2026 FY ’26 Defense Community Infrastructure Program (DCIP) RFP. DCIP funds projects that (1) enhance the readiness of a military department or mission assurance at a military installation; enhance military family quality of life at a military installation; or (3) top-ranked projects as rated by the Defense Community Infrastructure Program Review Panel. Counties, cities and states IHEs are eligible applicants. There is $230 million available over with grants to $20 million but you must act fast as their submission deadline is June 25.
