HUD just issued the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control (LBPHC) Program NOFO. This program funds comprehensive programs to identify and control lead-based paint hazards in eligible privately-owned rental or owner-occupied housing. There is $53.3 million available. Eligible applicants are cities, counties, states and Indian tribes. You must act fast as the submission deadline is August 31.
